Membership of SIVA UK is open to any individual who has an interest in Intravenous Anaesthesia. The Annual Subscription is currently £25, and is payable by direct debit, in January. Those joining during a membership year should do so by clicking the "Select" button below, to pay by credit/debit card via the secure servers of WorldPay:

    Membership will be confirmed on receipt of payment, an application form and Direct Debit for the following year's subscription.

The Annual Subscription will be collected on behalf of SIVA UK by the Association of Anaesthetists of Great Britain and Ireland, and is allowable as a deduction against UK personal income tax as described in Section 343, Part 5, Chapter 2 of the Income Tax (Earnings and Pensions) Act 2003
